User Guide Introduction
Welcome to the Office Tools Professional Practice Management user guide. The purpose of this guide is to provide a point of reference for the many areas and features of our Practice Management software. This is not intended as a replacement for training on the software, but instead as a convenient place to get quick answers on how to use specific features. The content of this guide has been organized into categories that correspond to each area of the software, if you would like to better understand the toolbar buttons in the calls section, you would first click on the category for Calls, and select the page on The Toolbar.These user guides also have several pages dedicated to the process of setting up and configuring Practice Management, these guides will not answer every question you might have about setting up Practice Management and are no replacement for online or onsite consulting.
