If you have the Office Tools Backup Utility installed and configured on your server, and you notice that the Office_Tools_Database_Backup service is taking up large quantities of processor usage for long periods of time, please download and install the latest version of the utility from this link. The download was updated on 7/19/2011. This update fixes an issue where the service could get caught in a loop if the database backup routine failed at a certain point.
Please be sure to uninstall the existing backup utility before installing this update (Add/Remove Programs in XP, Server 2003, Program & Features in Vista, 7, Server 2008)
