Time

View all of your timecards, find the ones you would like to bill for and change the Billing Code. On-screen values are presented for you to instantly know how much money and time is billable. Once you're ready to submit invoices click "Invoice Now" and you're done. Can't find quite what you want to bill for, filter just what you want, how you want it. Want to see your list in a different order, no problem, you can view by date, staff, work code, and project. Once you highlight a specific timecard you'll be able to see the details without leaving the screen. Everyone has a different way to invoice, we don't limit you. We give you 19 invoice types and 25 print options to help you get the most out of your business.

Invoices

Once you've invoiced your time you can view how much is "In Process," "Billing," and "Unpaid Balance." You can also use Flat Rate Invoicing if that better suits your business or clients, no trouble here. Now that you have invoices, you have the option to export to QuickBooks™ and finally you can email invoices right away so that your client receives your invoice sooner and you can get paid quicker.

Payments

Getting paid is a great part of business but sometimes tracking it can become cumbersome but you won't have to worry about that anymore. You can view the summary of all payments, receivables, history, and aging. Auto-Apply payments to outstanding invoices is one click. You can also create and print deposit slips, statements, and even export to QuickBooks™. Create finance charges quickly without the hassle normally associated with other billing programs.
