Improved List & Detail Views

Practice Management now provides a list view for the notes, calls, to-do's and projects. This new view allows you to quickly see a summary of all items created for a client, and is enhanced by a completely redesigned search function.

Practice Management's detail view can now replace your contact list providing detailed contact information and alerts. This detailed information is displayed on the left side of your screen no matter which section you are in. Also redesigned is the Practice Management office messenger allowing employees to quickly communicate with each other.

Better Document Management

Documents are saved by simply dragging a file directly into Practice Management, allowing you to drag and drop files directly into a clients' directory. Integration with DropFolder.net is even better at making, sending and receiving client files, easier than before.

Practice Management is equipped with a PDF print driver which enables you to print a PDF from any program and save it directly into Practice Management's Document Management.

Work Faster

Practice Management's redesigned schedule tab allows The Day, Week, Month, and new Timeline View can be seen both in-screen and undocked. Appointments can be dragged, dropped, and stretched whenever a change needs to be made.

The activity list in Practice Management is completely redesigned. With new color coding, the ability to adjust priorities and budget information from directly within the list, new and improved filters and sort options, the ability to undock the activity list, and the ability to view all staff, the activity list has been transformed from a simple task list into a powerful management tool.

Accelerate Projects

The Project tracking in Practice Management has a new Missing Information feature that allows Missing Information Items to be entered and tracked within a project. This allows users to see exactly what is missing, when it was received, as well as generating missing information form letters and email notifications for their clients.

A variety of Right-Click menus have been added throughout the software allowing users easy access to a wide range of context specific actions such as the ability to copy an address to the clipboard, display a phone number full screen, complete an appointment, and more.

Enhanced Billing & Reporting

The redesigned billing screen gives greater flexibility and customization. Billable time can be edited and adjusted directly within the billable time screen, adjustments are highlighted in color and can be made on the fly. You can add custom line items to any invoice as well. Invoices now support full font and color customization.

All reporting and invoicing is now powered by Crystal Reports. This not only improves the speed and accuracy of Practice Management's reporting, but allows users to actively re-sort and drill in on specific reports.
