With the new features available in Office Tools Pro version 2007.062 we are positive that your office will become even more efficient. The current edition includes complete QuickBooks integration. Office Tools Pro version 2007.062 now allows you to specify which QuickBooks accounts you wish to pay your employees from, as well as what Wage Type you wish to use for each work code (Hourly non-Overtime, Vacation Time, etc.). Also allows for the use of Salary Wage types for employees being pushed into QuickBooks.

We know that our customers provide a wide variety of services to their customers, and it is because of this that we constantly strive to provide our customers with regular updates that not only provide performance gains, but also add new features that will make our customers even more efficient.

Coming Soon: SQL Server for Office Tools Pro

The latest edition of Office Tools Pro supports the SQL Server version of the Office Tools Pro database. This feature greatly improves performance throughout the entire program. Included with the SQL Server Installation CD is the Office Tools Pro Migration Utility, which not only installs the SQL Server for you, but also migrates your existing database into SQL Server 2005. This upgrade will be free of charge to all Office Tools Pro customers. Check our website for news on its release.

the new Sticky Options will remember your personal preferences on your outlook sync settings.

the Email Sync feature will scan through your Outlook Inbox and Sent Items folders, and extract all the correspondance from any clients whom have a matching email address in your database.

Office Tools Pro version 2007.050 now allows you to export Staff, Customers, Vendors, Invoices, Work Codes, and (most recently) Time Cards into QuickBooks. Version 2007.050 also supports a new QuickBooks sync feature that allows you to sync all staff, customers, vendors, work codes, and list items to and from QuickBooks. It can also save your emails directly into the Document Management system, right under the name of your client. It is now easier than ever to keep track of all of your correspondance.
