Problem When you try to insert
Custom Letterhead in Setup/My Company/Letterhead,
the letterhead does not appear on your invoices.
Symptoms You may receive an "A
problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating
with the OLE Server" error message when you
try to embed or link a Word document as a Custom
Letterhead in Office Tools Pro, and the letterhead
will fail to insert.
Solution Turn off Script Blocking
in your antivirus program.
