its latest software release for accounting and business
professionals. Office Tools Pro now includes an electronic
file cabinet, enhanced email capabilities and Project and

Rather
than searching for documents in paper files, accountants
and business professionals can now access them instantly
with the electronic file cabinet feature. The time and
resources required for identifying, locating and communicating
archived documents to clients (or other approved parties)
is significantly reduced by simply organizing scanned
documents into Office Tools Pro for complete document management.

Bulk and individual
email capabilities have been added to Office Tools
Pro. Bulk email allows a message to be
created with the BCC field, populated with email addresses
from Office Tools Pro Contacts, and filtered by Client
Type, Entity Type and Client Service. The individual
email feature allows users to click on the email address
in the
Contacts Tab to open a new message, which is automatically
addressed to the appropriate contact. The Office Tools
Pro user no longer has to locate an email address from
a separate contact list to send messages.
In addition,
new Project and Status Groups have been included for
assigning projects by client and organizing
status
per project. These groups ease the project management
process by allowing multiple projects to be created
for multiple
clients, and by organizing projects and projects’ status
into logical groupings.
Office Tools Pro starts at $299 per user and is available
