today that its 2003 sales for its Office Tools Pro practice
management program grew at a rate of 41 percent over the
previous year. In addition, the company has moved its headquarters
(formerly Palmdale, CA) to a larger office located in Lancaster,
CA, effective August 9, 2004.

Among new features for 2003, Office
Tools Pro now includes a document management module with
an electronic file cabinet that helps provide centralized
access to all project information and assist in tracking
client activities, related documents and email correspondence.
Also new this year is a remote time entry module that
supports notebook computers and Palm Pilots that are
synchronized with the server upon return to the office.
An appointment confirmation system that uses Microsoft
Word mail merges to let users set up appointments and
confirmation calls using customized form letters for
mail confirmation is also now available. |
