to the popular Office Tools Pro 2005 software include an
office messenger program, case/matter calendaring, pop-up
reminder and call dispatch features, enhanced document
managment and improved visual design. Office Tools Pro
provides law firms with a comprehensive practice management
package, including contact management, time and billing,
case matter management, conflict checkng, scheduling, due
date reporting and records/file management.
New features in Office Tolls Pro 2005 include:
• Office messenger program: reduces administration time and keeps
office communications running smoothly.
• Call dispatch feature: enables users to quickly send a call record
without interupting staff. This feature provides instant notification to the
designated staff member; allowing the recipient to message back with acceptance
or rejection of the call to the sender.
• Pop-up reminder feature: provides automatic notification of all
activities generated within Office Tools Pro 2005.
• Enhanced document managment module: office Tools Pro's document
management module now includes a drop folder for quickly adding documents.
• This module also includes enhanced filtering capabilities, image
rotation, PDF support, work checkpoints with staff initials and complete document
history.
